Hi, I’m Tara
Personal trainer, entrepreneur, mom and the person in your corner when you're ready to get stronger, feel better and have some fun doing it.
I'm a personal trainer, entrepreneur and mom of two, and I know firsthand that health has to fit into real life - not take it over.
Movement is a priority in my life and something I've always wanted to model for my children, but so is balance. I believe there's room for challenging yourself, getting stronger and working hard while still making space for rest, family and everything else that makes life full.
That belief became the foundation of Tara Zorn Fitness: helping people become more active and strong while building a healthier, more balanced relationship with fitness.
how i train:
Challenging? Yes.
Intimidating? Never.
I believe great training should challenge you without making you feel like you don't belong. My approach combines fun, intensity and purposeful movement with the individual attention you need to train confidently.
No two people move exactly the same way, which is why I'm always watching, adapting and coaching. That might mean correcting your form, modifying a movement, changing an exercise or giving you the push you need to discover you're capable of more than you thought.
The goal isn't perfection. It's progress — more strength, more stamina, more confidence and a body that supports the life you want to live.

credentials:
our values
Strong bodies. Balanced lives. Good people.
ENCOURAGEMENT
You don't need someone tearing you down to get stronger. Expect coaching that challenges you while still having someone firmly in your corner.
BALANCE
Fitness should support your life, not consume it. Train hard, recover well and make room for everything else that matters.
FUN
We're going to work — but that doesn't mean we're going to be miserable doing it. Movement can be challenging and still be something you look forward to.
stronger together
there’s room for you here
Tara Zorn Fitness is about more than getting through a workout. It's about creating a space where people of different ages, abilities and goals can show up, feel supported and get stronger together.
Some people come to train toward a big goal. Some come to stay strong for everyday life. Some come because working out is simply a whole lot more fun with other people around. Whatever brings you through the door, you belong in the room.
